Many silo, barn, ware house - total thousands tons of crops. However, I have an issue with "not enough raw materials" in my industrial area. It had been filling up but I had no oil/ore factories. so 4 generic industry, to 1 oil, 1 ore, 1 forestry, and 1 farming. If you don't have enough zoned industry (or industry DLC raw materials buildings) to supply your general industry you simply can not supply it. Another approach is to ensure that your transportation systems are not the source of your errors. Check your natural resources overlay and see if any light blue. There are a few red spots in the traffic overlay, but everything is flowing. You forgot farming district. The streets in the factory district are almost empty, so traffic is definitely not preventing deliveries to the factories. My traffic flow is about 75%. Unfortunately, import and export numbers don't break down each item into the two specialized components, the raw material and the processed raw material.
